Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
This policy explains what happens to information when you use this website. We keep data collection to the minimum we need to reply to you and run the site.
Who we are
The Agency Experiment is run by two independent founders, Adhish and Suprabal. You can reach us at adhish@theagencyexperiment.com or suprabal@theagencyexperiment.com.
What we collect
- Nothing from browsing alone. This website has no sign-up, no contact form, no newsletter, no advertising pixels and no analytics tool installed. We do not build a profile of visitors.
- What you send us. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp, or message us on social media, we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Booking details. If you book a discovery call, you enter your details on Cal.com, not on this website. Cal.com passes us the booking information you provided (typically name, email address, chosen time and any notes).
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records technical request data such as IP address, browser type and requested page for security and reliability purposes.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, hold the call you booked, provide services you ask us about, and keep the website secure and working. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Third-party services
- Our hosting provider serves the website and keeps request logs.
- Cal.com handles discovery-call scheduling when you book.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used by the site.
- WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn handle any conversation or profile visit that happens on their platforms.
These providers process your data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Following a link from this site takes you into their environment.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism first. Third-party platforms you visit through our links may set their own cookies once you are on their site.
How long we keep information
We keep emails, messages and booking details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet any record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
How we protect information
The website is served over HTTPS with security headers enabled, and it stores no personal data itself. Messages sit in our email and messaging accounts, which are access-protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to our use of it. Email either founder and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the experiment and our services evolve. The date at the top shows the latest version.
